The final Transition Tuesday is here and this week, Shelby, Jenn and I are styling our favorite plaid pieces. I love the classic look of this buffalo plaid shirt, and the polka dot cuffs add an extra special touch. As the temperatures drop, I will be sure to layer my favorite vests and sweaters over this shirt! What is your favorite plaid piece?

Be sure to stop by Glitter & Gingham and Pages of Style to see how Shelby and Jenn styled their plaid pieces. Thanks for reading, and have a great day!

Jamberry Nails GIVEAWAY [CLOSED]

Happy Wednesday, friends! Today, I am sharing with you my thoughts and results from the 7-day Jamberry Wrap Challenge that I completed! Jamberry Nail Wraps are easy to apply and last between 7-14 days on your nails. I love all of the patterns that you can choose from! They're a great way to add an accent nail (or two :)), or make a statement on all 20 fingers and toes!

Jaime, a Jamberry consultant, sent me a sample sheet of some wraps to try. Using the proper application technique, I applied the Funky Cheetah wrap to my ring fingers, and painted the rest of my nails with OPI "Do You Have This Color in Stock-holm" from their Fall 2014 Collection. For the nail polish, I used the my "Patient-Proof Manicure" technique, which you can find here. Below are my before and after pictures; on the left is Day 1, and the right is Day 7. You can see how well the wraps help up compared to the polish!

DAY 1

DAY 7

Here is another example of a manicure that you can do with Jamberry Wraps! This manicure is done using the Everything Nice and Barely Blue patterns.

Are you interested in trying Jamberry? It's your lucky day! Together, Jaime and I are giving away one set of Jamberry Nail Wraps, which is enough to do 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. The winner can choose any pattern from the Fall 2014 Jamberry Catalog! Just enter using the Rafflecopter below. Giveaway will run through midnight EST on Tuesday, September 30. Good luck!!

It's Transition Tuesday again, and this week, ShelbyJenn and I are giving our white jeans a more fall-appropriate twist. I paired mine with brown hues and a few small punches of color. Cognac and leopard are two of my favorite fall trends, and I look forward to wearing these wedges (swoon!) a LOT more this season! They were a graduation present and I am sure that they will be getting a lot of face time in the coming weeks. Be sure to stop by Shelby and Jenn's blogs and see how they styled their white jeans! Have you packed up your white pieces already, or are you still wearing them?

Thanks for reading, and have a fabulous Tuesday!

Three-fer Thursday Link Up: September 18

Happy Thursday, lovelies! I am excited to announce the return of Three-fer Thursday Link Up! And to kick off the first week back, Bethany and I have decided to share three looks from the last link up (even though it has been a while). With hints of fall in the air, we cannot wait to see what you ladies have in store for us this week. So get linked up, meet some new blog buddies and check out these fabulous ladies while you're at it!
Meet this week's featured three...
Rachelle of Pink Sole looks ready for fall in this adorable ensemble! We love the subtle print mixing and primary colors of this outfit and cannot wait to re-create a similar look of our own.
Nicole of Keeping You Stylish shows us a fabulous way to wear horizontal stripes. We love how she broke up the black and white look with a bright blazer which is perfect for transitioning into fall!
Leah of Eat Pray Wear Love created a casual, yet chic look with her new boyfriend shirt. We love the simplicity of this outfit and think those fabulous booties need to get in our closet!
Link up for your chance to be one of the featured three next week!

Wedges | Leopard Bangle | Link Bracelet | Gold Bangle (similar)

This Punk Floral print is one of my favorite prints EVER. I love the emerald green hue and the pop-art flowers scattered all over. With the warm weather that we are sure to have throughout September, I can stretch the wearability of my brighter pieces out for a few more weeks. I look forward to pairing this top with dark denim and berry hues as the temperatures cool off, though! How do you transition your favorite brightly-hued pieces into fall?

Thanks for reading, fashionistas!

Today is the first of three Transition Tuesdays, where I am teaming up with my friends and fellow bloggers Shelby of Glitter & Gingham and Jenn of Pages of Style. Over the next few weeks, we are each styling some pieces that we think transition well from summer to fall! This week's theme is booties. While I couldn't wear this look to work, I am excited about how it all came together. I have been wanting to try to pair my booties with my skirts and dresses, but feared that I wouldn't be able to pull it off. What do you think? Is this a type of look that you would or have tried?

Thanks for reading! Be sure to check out how Shelby and Jenn styled their booties!

Cheers to the weekend! No matter how short the week, I am always happy to see Saturday and Sunday. As fall creeps in, I look forward to adding some light layers as I run my weekend errands. Throwing a chambray shirt and scarf over this super soft maxi is the easiest way to add layers without too much bulk. What's your go-to weekend look? Hope you all have a fabulous one!

White Out

Photo Credit | Shelby of Glitter & Gingham

Well, my friends, Our World Boutique has done it again! It is no secret how much I love this brand - they have the most fun statement jewelry and clothing at the best price point. I have seen variations of these shorts a lot over the past few summers, but did not think that they would work for me. I could not have been more wrong! These are the MOST comfortable shorts that I've ever worn (they feel like wearing pajamas!) and they pair up perfectly with my favorite flowy tops for date nights and girls nights out.

While I know it is "against the rules" to wear white after Labor Day, it's still close to 90 degrees every day here. Changing out my bright whites for this warmer shade of ivory makes the white-out a little more fall appropriate, in my opinion!

As always, thanks for reading, and enjoy your weekend!
