Today marks two months since I have made a commitment to myself and my body to spend more time focused on my physical health. I went through periods during PA school where I would work out more consistently than others, but my eating habits became very unhealthy at best. To make matters worse, I was over-caffeinating myself to compensate for hectic sleep and study patterns. I chose to ease back into physical activity with the PiYo system and a great accountability partner, and I am so happy that I did (more on this later)!

As a healthcare professional, I think it is extremely important that I be a good example to my patients. I feel better and have more energy today than I have in a long time. I have come to love workout apparel as much as I do the rest of my closet, and Albion Fit has THE cutest pieces! They transition so well from gym to errands, which is always a bonus. To celebrate the completion of my first two months, I have teamed up with Albion Fit to give two $50 gift cards to one reader and a friend of their choice. To enter, use the Rafflecopter below. Giveaway runs until 11:59PM on Sunday, November 2. Good luck!

As always, thanks so much for reading! Have a great start to your week!
