Chambray Three Ways: Work

Today starts a three-part series on one of my favorite wardrobe staples: CHAMBRAY! I find myself wearing this versatile fabric at least once week, at both work and play! For work, I tend to grab my chambray dress and layer it with a bright or bold button down, slip into some polished wedges, and pile on some fun accessories. My other favorite work pairing is a darker wash chambray shirt, paired with a pencil skirt or pixie pant and a statement necklace or scarf.

Does your work environment/dress code allow for chambray to be worn? How do you wear chambray to work? Thanks for reading, and have a great Tuesday!

  4. I've always been too afraid to try wearing chambray to work, but I can definitely see how polished it can look! Maybe I'll give it a try one of these days :)

  5. Wow. So unexpected. Seriously love this look. I've been on the hunt for the perfect chambray dress to throw on when I don't feel like getting dressed in the morning! This makes it seem so effortless!

  7. Cute! But that dress is too short for our work place dress code - this would be a good "date night" or "girls night" option though.
