Date Night Maxi Dress + $500 VISA Giveaway [CLOSED]

SO MUCH EXCITING NEWS IN ONE POST!!! EEEEK!
Ok. Deeeeep breaths.

First, as a woman of my height, I have been yearning for a maxi dress that sweeps the floor for about as long as they have been in style. When I find one I like, it often is more of a midi-length dress than an elegant, floor-sweeping number. But fear not, my tall fashionistas! The search is over! I have had great luck finding maxis that are long enough for me this season! Praise be!! This gorgeous number was given to me as a gift and I was so excited to sport it for a date night with my hunny this weekend.

Guys, taking blog pictures is actually incredibly awkward.
See?! I'm a huge, real-life dork!

Dress: Gibson & Latimer | Jean Jacket: American Eagle Outfitters

  1. Yeah for this fun giveaway! I would split the winnings between my husband, my daughter, and myself and we could each purchase something we want for fall. I would purchase a pair of Joules rain boots - polka dot (: thanks! Susan

  3. GAH!! Love this <3 The dress is the perfect length and hello, a GREAT pattern. The mix of pink necklace with the neon in the dress is fun and edgy.

Also, as a poor college student (insert cry face here) I would use the gcard for books...and boots for fall of course!

  4. Yay for maxis that are long enough! I only have one maxi skirt that is really long enough. It's good to know hope is not lost. I love how you paired with the denim jacket and rosette necklace.

  5. Love you maxi so cute! I have the opposite problem! Maxis are too long on me and I usually have to wear heels with them! Glad you found one!
